    Mini skirts and short shorts shouldn't be worn by young ladies!

    When my daughter was a teen, we would do what I called "the bum test". If she bent over at the waist and I could see her bum, then her skirt was too short. Teens can certainly wear skirts above the knee, but not so short that the skirt barely covers her rear.

    I feel it is alright as long as it is not too short. I would rather see her leave the house with it on instead of her sneaking out the house with it. We were all young one time.

    So glad my daughter does not like skirts.. she is like me when I was young rather wear shorts and be comfy :)

    My daughter has to wear shorts under her regular skirts and she wears tights or leggings under mini skirts.
