    i used to love valentines when i was a kid. Handing out the cool valentine's day cards with your favorite character on it. getting the little candies that say 'be mine'. it was all cute and fun then. As im older now its just a reminder to say i love you and to do something special. I don't think its silly but people do go way overboard on the whole thing.

    I remember getting excited for Valentines Day when I was a kid and I enjoy seeing the excitement on my girls face when making cards every year.
