    I generally put a little sweetener in my tea--hot or cold. I think it brings out the flavor.

    I drink loads of hot herbal tea however I have just discovered a wonderful Iced Tea that is a Green Tea with Honey & Ginseng. Living in Florida I find most people, unless drinking hot tea is part of their custom, prefer a cold beverage.
