    I know it's completely awful.. but sometimes I just forget.

    It is very important to remember to do the monthly self-exams. I am reminded usually by magazine articles. Also I put the date on my calendar.

    I know that I need to do better with that. However, I just had a mammogram this month and I received the letter stating that everything is fine. Thank God!!!!
