Gluten free diet

So I've been thinking about starting to live a gluten free life. From what I have read so far there seem to be a lot of health benefit that come with it, but I also don't know if it has enough positive result to be worth the effort it takes to do that. So if anyone has any facts/information that might help out. Or a personal experience that you went thrpght and in what ways (positive or negative) did it effect your life as a whole.

I have been slowly moving towards this diet and I feel that the first few days are the hardest, you just have to learn to limit yourself and have good alternatives. Once you get used to not having bread as a side dish or learning how to make other quick meals other than a sand which you slowly get used to it. I will admit I have been giving in once or twice in the week but otherwise i have been doing pretty good. Since I have done this diet I have been feeling less bloated and a little more energized. Just remember its easier to slowly make alternatives to bread and not just drop everything and do it. Hope this helps!!
