Do you use Rainbow Flip Flops and Sandals?

My chiropractor recently told me that I need to stop wearing flip flops because the arches in my feet are dropping which will cause knee problems. I am only 18 years old and flip flops are all I wear in the summer! Has anyone ever tried the rainbow flip flops? They are quite expensive ($50) but supposedly have an arch support. Do they work?

Try anything & everything to change. It hurts a bit at first, until your feet adjust... and the Rainbows have a lifetime guarantee for specific kinds of damages, Rainbow will repair them, so keep the paperwork when you purchase (like if the toe strap comes out or if the side strap comes out or if the layers separate).

i always buy rainbows specifically the double-arched ones. i live by them lol however, i do have knee problems. my knee problems are mostly caused by many years of sports and sports injuries though. I don't know how much my rainbows are contributing to the pain.

I love rainbow flip flops, THEY are the most comfortable as they have a high arch that fits my foot perfectly.

They last FOREVER! I'm 33 and still have my two pairs from high school! They are a worthy investment.

Havnt heard of them will check them out. But i have heard regular flip flops mess with you feet and ankels

Those are the only flip flops I wear. They are expensive but they last FOREVER. I have only gone through 2 pairs in 10 years! They take a while to break in, but they conform to your foot and are soo comfortable. I will never own another brand. I love love my rainbows

I live in a Florida beach town and Rainbows are part of our official wardrobe! I really can't tell a comfort difference when I wear my Rainbows instead of my havaianas, but I trust that I am getting arch support when I wear the Rainbows because I can see the arch is there, so it must be working and helping my body. Rainbows are worth the price, just remember to keep your receipt and guarantee in a baggie somewhere, that is what I do, so far have not needed any type of replacement.

I use sandals because flip flops hurt the middle of my toes and sometimes slip off there are many cute sandals out there so i cant wait for summer to come

I don't wear flip flops of any kind because I have bad feet. I went barefooted for years around my house and just wore sandals when on the go. Due to all that, my arches have fallen. So, please please take care of your feet. Spoken from experience and with pain.
