I am a suckah for Brazilian Keratin Treatments. I go to my Stylist for them every six weeks. There is no way I could live without them now! I have super long, really thick wavy hair. I love Blowouts, and doing them myself takes way too much time, so now I get Brazilian Keratin Treatments and it makes my hair way more manageable. I jump out of the shower and I can literally blow dry my hair in 10 minutes and it's completely dry and beautifully healthy looking! Brazilian Keratin Treatments have restored my hair. I blow dry my hair and it's super straight and silky! I love it! Do you have any hair treatments that your a fanatic about? Or do you love wearing your hair a certain way?

I use braids as my go to hair style. Keeps me from putting "stuff" in it all the time and from wearing my hair down. I take them out every 2 months(allows me to build up $$$ to get this done right) and it's really helped my hair grow. Just a few things to keep everything going good. Moisturize scalp and fully spray braids every 2 days. Wash scalp and hair every 1 1/2 weeks or 2 weeks Take out braids after 2 months no longer than 3 months, don't let them stay in there too long. Pretty easy.

My go to hair style is the bantu knot out! I have zero hair skills but even I can do this! Every night when I get home I section my hair into 8-10 small sections. I then moisturize and seal each section before twisting it up. I use the LCO methods (liquid, cream, oil). My favorite liquid to use is the Creme of Nature Argan Oil Strength & Shine Leave-in Conditioner (which i love to death!!!!), the cream I use Organix brazilian keratin therapy relaxing balm (works wonders) and for the oil I use Organix Macadamia Oil. After i moisturize and seal with the oil I make 2 strands and twist my hair. After each twist I roll them into a knot. When I am done I look like Crazy Eyes from Orange is the new black!!! It's not very pretty then but the results are! In the morning I take off the hair ties I use to hold my knots. Then I spray my hair with the Organix argan oil & shea butter weightless oil. I then gentle undo each knot with my fingers. When all the knots are out I separate each curl!

I am not sure about prenatal vitamins helping but I take over-the-counter meds made specifically for hair! It is called Hair, Skin & Nails and I get it from Puritan's Pride either on-line or through their catalog. Biotin is a main ingredient in this product so that is another option for you to try! I am older than you and have been growing out my hair for a few years now and I absolutely LOVE this product! Google it just to see what it is like and you can probably find it in stores too. I order it from Puritan's Pride because it is super cheap and me and my husband get all of our vitamins through them....for over 20 years now! Good luck!

I take biotin to try to keep my hair healthy. I love the Macadamia Deep Repair Masques, and I love to do hot oil treatments. Generally for my hairstyle, I let it air dry and that's it. I have a slightly wavy hair texture, so it typically works okay. :)

Every once in a while I like to use or make hair masks. My favorite so far is taking 1 egg and mixing it with coconut oil and olive oil. It leaves your hair so soft! I also love to do overnight hairstyles, like braids or twisting m hair into a bun and pinning it! It really saves time in the morning.

I love to get keratin straightening treatments also, when I can afford them. I do not upkeep them every 6-8 weeks like they reccomended, though I would love to! But when I do get 1 done, oh my hair just feels so good for the time that it lasts! I wish there was an at home treatment that I knew I could do that would work just as well. I have done hours and hours of research and found so many that have amazing reviews and people saying that they work just as well as $400 treatments that they had paid for when they used to get them done at the salon. But I just am a little nervous to try it out myself because of some bad reviews. And also my hair is thin, and porous. Such a struggle!! :(

I have thick wavy shoulder length hair, it takes forever to blow dry it straight & usually winds up in a scrunchy. So these days I'm doing a shorter hair style that's stacked in the back & and angled in the front. Fast, easy & pretty
