My mother taught me to be willing to help anyone who needs help, because we cannot live our lives all alone.

Wash your hands frequently and keep your hands away from your face, nose and mouth. My mom was a nurse.

My mother always told me that if someone does not like me for who I am (whether friends, family, boyfriends, etc) to never change who I am because then, they will not be liking my true self. And that has been my motto for all my adult life, because its always relevant.

My mom told me that I can get through anything as long as I take time for myself. She told me to always try to find the good in any situation and it has helped me through the worst of times without her in my young 20s.

My mom always said I can't hear your head nod. Lol. It taught me to always speak my mind and be a good communicator.
