We're helping with park cleanup and also planting wildflowers. Also going to do spring cleaning and donate gently used items!

I wish we did more! Right now we only do the basics unfortunately: -Recycling everything possible -Reusing plastic bags and trying to use reusable shopping bags. -Using low-water and energy efficient appliances (toilet, washer/dryer, etc). -Reusing junk mail envelopes and paper. -Using rags instead of paper towels.

We recycle some items at home and try to conserve water and electricity. We plant trees and flowers every year. We try to repurpose or rehome things rather than throwing them in the trash.

Beyond Earth day, my family and I try to live a zero waste lifestyle as much as possible - reusable fabric napkins, planting our own veggie garden, keeping a compost pile, buying in bulk using fabric bags rather than pre-packaged goods - whatever we can do to reduce our footprint (unless it's from our boots while out on a hike :D )

I live near fast food joints and a hospital. There is always trash blowing, so I have been going around and picking up trash out mine and my neighbor's yard. I have been recycling my water bottles and repurposing some of them as toys for my dogs and cat.

We recycle cans and plastic bags, and reuse some of our cartons.

I recycle paper, bottles and plastic everyday. I used recycled paper products and fill the house with plants to freshen the air.

I've not had to throw away any fresh produce because it went bad before I used it. Before that I as forgetting to use it and would have to discard it.
