We replaced all our light bulbs in the house with LED bulbs, we have solar panels, we recycle or compost most of our trash and make sure lights are turned off in rooms not in use and have a thermostat that only goes on at certain times.

My husband and I don't buy water bottles, we have glass ones to preserve plastic

We recycle everything we possibly can, use reusable bags when shopping, plastic shopping bags we keep for use when a plastic bag is needed. We also reuse gift wrap, shut off electricity when it is not needed, keep as many electronics unplugged as possible, etc.

I collect plastics at work since there is a not a recycle program there for anything but paper. I bring the bag home when full and recycle it in my personal trash. I also am sure to recycle all electronics at special once-a-month events held in my town instead of having them go in a landfill.

I recycle EVERYTHING I can, I am an avid recycler and encourage others to do it as well. I also use water bottles and dont by bottled water;

I pick up trash, reduce, reuse, and recycle my waste. I also turn off lights when not in use, try to educate people in my life about sustainability and earth-preserving habits, and I plant trees!

I've been using reusable shopping bags for groceries and non-grocery purchases for over 10 years

We recycle a lot! We always turn water off while brushing our teeth. We are going to start using reusable bags at the store.
