I am going to drink more water and get back on my fitness game too- I want to have a beach body ASAP! I have always been an active person, as I have played sports nearly all my life. But, I need to make more of an effort to go to the gym. It will help with my sleep patterns as well. A healthier lifestyle means a more restful sleep and a more productive day.

I personally would like to accomplish being able to be active again. I have had problems with my back and trying to get some relief and getting back to being the active and adventurous as I was before the back issues! I use to hike, dance, exercise, do martial arts and so much more. Working with my doctors and working get on myself to get healthy!

Not health related directly, but I will finish (no delays anymore) my graduate degree and will have my Masters in Public Health by May of this year. Because then, and here comes the health component, I will have a real weekend again and be able to work more outside in the garden, walk the dog more than once a day and get back on my bike. Things I have been missing out on since I been pushing my graduate school work and working full-time besides the household and all the other little things that pop up and detract from taking care of myself.
