I started walking this year daily. i want to drink more water to balance my routine and exercise. Its tough if you dont have regular routine of exercise after 35. I am boosting myself daily... lets see.. Wish you all good luck for achieving your desired fitness goal friends !!

I hope these tips will help you but I would count carbs (sugar especially) and see if that helps. A low-carb high proteing diet usually helps people drop lots of pounds. Also just as a fun fact - if you quit drinking coffee you will automatically lose five pounds! Even if you usually drink black coffee with no sugar.

These pounds keep on hanging around like a yo-yo! It's getting crazy and I have to get a handle on this, to get rid of my handles! lol Seriously though, I would love to lose some weight, so I can fit into my clothes again, and feel healthy like I did before!
