If you shop on either of those days, do you go for the sales or for the experience? Which stores are your favorites? If you avoid those days, why? When do you shop instead?

After Thanksgiving I like to shop at Amazon.com. They have wonderful Black Friday deals and I don't have to worry about the long lines at the stores. I'm in the comfort of my own home.

When my daughter was little I used to go to the black Friday sales to get good deals on gifts for her. Now I go with my sister and I have more fun just watching the people scrambling for the great deals.

I typically go for the experience and run across a few deals. My absolute favorite place to JCPenny because they offer a mystery coupon the second you walk in the door.

I only shop online on Black Friday. I am usually with my 4 sons and taking them shopping is pure torture. I did however before they were born do the Black Friday shopping in the stores, lets just say the people crushed my holiday spirit. I love the discounts, but I will not sacrifice family time to buy a new tv.

Sometimes I'll run out on Thanksgiving Day if there is a great deal/sale. I really don't have patience for Black Friday lines....sometimes I send my husband with a list if he's already out. 😜
