I had never heard of this, so I googled it. It looks like a neat trick. It looks pretty harmless, unless they throw the bottles somewhere dangerous. I think I have probably had bottles land right side up like that on purpose. I used to throw them from hand to hand or juggle them without thinking about it, but nothing fancy. I wouldn't do it, and I don't think I know anyone who does. I see no problem with it.

I hadn't heard of this until now - but if it's harmless and keeps kids engaged without the tv or electronics then great!

It's loud and annoying. But it keeps my kids entertained and gets them interacting with each other.

My husband is a high school teacher and his kids LOVE to flip their bottles. He doesn't let them do it in class, because it's way too distracting. But when it's outside, it's just fine... good clean fun :)

This is the first I have heard of it. I don't know anyone doing it. I think they are just saying that to get kids out from behind their phones and computers. :P

I think it's pretty harmless and just a fad. If it gives a kid something to do, so be it. I don't do it and I don't know anyone who has, but it's just another distraction.

No, I have never heard of bottle flipping and don't know any kids. Seems like it would be a big waste of time?

Evidently it's addicting! It may be annoying after awhile, but if it keeps the kids out of trouble, I think it's great! Andysavi.Mom@gmail.com
