Do you know kids who are flipping? What do you think - is it an annoying waste-of-time? Or is it a harmless way to get kids outside? Tell us about your experience!

My son started flipping a few weeks ago, but I was not aware it was a nationwide thing, lol. Now I know. The sound is driving me nuts! I am not sure I want to encourage him, but free water is nice. Thanks, SheSpeaks!

I HATE this noise but the flip side (pun intended) is that they love it so much so each can get a case of water for Christmas instead of toys! YAY!

Even though I am young and usually am up-to-date on the latest trends, I actually haven't heard of this! Sounds interesting and kind of annoying!

My son and his friends have been doing this since the summer. He is pretty good at it but does it in the house and needs to take it outside.

My sons do this. I find it funny, every time they land it just happens to be a moment no one takes their pic! A kid actually dressed up as a water bottle and flipped for Halloween lol! It's just a fad, something new will take its place... let's just hope it's as harmless as this!

I don't find it annoying, I find it funny. It's a cheap and harmless fad, a new one will take its place soon so let's hope it's as harmless as this one! Never heard of any kids dying flipping bottles, like "the cinnamon " challenge, or that stupid condom challenge! Can you believe some of the things people think up? No I would much rather see my kids flipping water bottles, every time it lands right no one takes a vid lol, so it's amusing to me!
