NEVER on social media! You are sure to have at least 50% of your friends of a different persuasion politically and you'll never change minds through these venues so why ruffle feathers?

Not on social media or rarely. A firestorm starts, everyone of course has their own opinion and it's always right.

I generally talk politics on social media if someone posts something that I can actually speak about. I monitor the comments before I respond because I don't want to debate. I realize that many of my friends and followers aren't going to have the same views as me and I'm ok with that. But I won't tolerate someone being racist, sexist, or a biggot.

None. I think ppl get way to offended over social media because they can act tough and be rude knowing they wont see that person face to face

I actually don't discuss on social media solely due to one extended family member of my husbands. She will get very hostile and attack anyone who posts something that differs from her own views.

Any political commentary that I do on social media is usually on Twitter and I don't have friends or family members that follow me on there.
