Cupcakes are always a great choice. I also do a variety of cookies making sure some are allergy friendly (gluten, lutein, nut free, etc)

Homemade snack mix - Crispix, M&M's, raisins, corn nuts, pretzels, whatever. Once the kids see the M&Ms, they want to buy it - and the parents say Ok because it's a slightly healthier option. :)

I love making salted caramel brownie bites. Everyone seems to love eating them too as they're the most requested of all my goodies.

My favorite thing to make for bake sales (and between charities, church, and the kids' school and activities I've participated in quite a few) is a super easy recipe of 3 ingredient peanut butter balls! So easy especially for the scatter brained I-waited-till-the-last-minute-again momma!

I like the cookies that I just made from Ghirardelli. I got a big box with 4 mixes in it. I think it was $8.00 at walmart. Anyway. It comes with 3 different ideas on the back so my kids and I did the cookie. They made 2 dozen, but they were so good they were gone in a day
