What spring/summer food are you craving now that winter is almost done?

I live in a cold climate so I can't wait to start my garden. I most look forward to the tomatoes and greenbeans! Do you have a favorite food or better yet, favorite spring/summer recipe to share?

I can't wait for full blown Summer to bring in the fruit season. We love fruit here. The fruit available is tart or bitter right now. Of course, cooking on the grill everyday is something else to look foward too!
