What spring/summer food are you craving now that winter is almost done?

I live in a cold climate so I can't wait to start my garden. I most look forward to the tomatoes and greenbeans! Do you have a favorite food or better yet, favorite spring/summer recipe to share?

If it wasn't so cold out, I'd grill some lemon chicken. We had an indoor grill but just isn't the same.

grilled chicken topped with bacon and provolone cheese, served on a toasted french loaf. YUMMO!! Also venison and chicken kabobs, steaks, burgers EVERYTHING - I am so ready for summer :-)!!

MMMMMMMMMM BBQ-ed steak on the grill. I salivate just thinking about it ;) .........Served on the patio, with fresh corn on the cob pickles and the family sitting around the table laughing and happy. Picture Perfect!

garden fresh tomatoes, fresh corn in august and ice cream all season! at least once a week have ice cream for dinner, then hummus, syrian, olives, tomatoes and cucs as snack. it's easy and the kids feel like they're getting away with something :)
