I am looking for wine suggestions for someone who claims to not like wine. Also, has anyone tried the Barrymore Pinot Grigio? I hear good things, but want to talk to someone who has actually tried it :-)

I like Australian wines; particularly Alice White's Shiraz or Cabernet Savignon.

Saracco/Muscato it is lightly sweet and sparkling. I don't care for wine but I can drink the entire bottle mindlessly. My next favorite would be a gewurztraminer similar to Saracco without the sparkle.

Try out a tasting at a winery. They are very helpful at explaining each wine. Plus, it's a fun outing to do with friends!

Whenever I am not sure if a friend likes white or red wine, I go with a Blush wine.

Rieslings are always a good "beginner" wine and go with most food as well. German Rieslings especially are very good for "beginners" because they are not as dry as others and the alcohol content is usually lower which makes them much more palatable. They're also very reasonably priced. Good luck!

I would suggest a riesling or a sweet white wine. My favorites are from Elk Creek Vineyards (Kentucky). They carry a great Riesling and an awesome Sweet Mellow White. I, too, am not a "wine drinker" but these are great!

Cupcake Moscato is really good. Sweet but a little tangy. I've also tried the Sutter Home brand Moscato as well. Pretty tasty too.

I would suggest a Muscato or Riesling, specifically Barefoot! It's sweet tasting but not overwhelmingly sweet!

Dr. Loosen Riesling is one of my favorites! Also Oliver Soft Red wine is great for people who "don't like wine". It basically tastes like juice haha.
