I am looking for wine suggestions for someone who claims to not like wine. Also, has anyone tried the Barrymore Pinot Grigio? I hear good things, but want to talk to someone who has actually tried it :-)

I have not tried that brand of Pinot Grigio but I do happen to Love Pinot Grigio it is by far one of my Fav's. I highly suggest VOGA it is in a really cool shaped bottle its not that expensive and also makes a great gift/conversation piece because the bottle is so cool. I also like Moscato and Riesling's. A good semi sweet Red is from a NY Vineyard called Lucas. If you can find it the name is Lucas TugBoat Red it is DELIC Good luck (buy one of each) have a wine tasting but Definitely try that VOGA

A Moscato is a great choice for someone who doesn't like wine. It is more of a dessert wine and is very smooth and sweet but not over baringly sweet. Ask where you purchase it for the best Moscato and they will help you get a great one!

Moscato and Riesling are my two favorites, I absolutely love white wine. I recently tried the Yellowtail brand and I do have to say it has easily become my favorite brand of wine. Its inexpensive but the taste is perfect :)

I ran a wine tent for a local arts festival for a couple of years. We had to pick a variety of wines for people that generally had no experience with wine. The best house red to have in Trader Joe's 2 Buck Chuck in red or Carlo Rossi's Chianti or table red. both are mild and anyone could drinks. As for the white wines try VOGA Italia Pinot Grigio . It comes in a green bottle you will want to keep, it's a little buttery which make its milder. Any of the Muscat varieties and Riesling are good sweet starter wines. Also those wine mixes by Skinny Girl are pretty good. Let me know if you want some party tricks on serving wine.

I'm a picky when it comes to wine, I like very sweet wine or drink none of that dry stuff. I enjoy sparking wine. I would recommend a Martini & Rossi Asti Spumante

I agree with SparkleCore,Muscato is a delicate wine and not real winey if that makes sense. It is a good base for making a homemade sangria as well, and sangria is always fun, fruity and sweet.

I agree with Moscato being a good wine for "beginners" or for people that say they don't like wine. Moscato's are often known as dessert wines because of their sweet fruity taste. Allegro is one of my favorites also the white tail pink moscato is a very mild sweet fruit tasting wine

I'm going to have to try some of these suggestions. I've tried a few red wines but didn't really care for them unless I made mulled wine with them.
