Almay intense i-color liquid shadow + primer is a good one! It is very smooth and they have different shades to bring out the color of your eyes. You can wear it by itself, no eyeshadow needed! :) It is around $4.97 at Walmart, but Almay always has available manufacturer's coupons that you can use. :) :) :)

I recommend elf's mineral eye primer. Its only $3 and they also have one for $1. They work perfect!

For higher end Urban Decay's primer potion works great, for a cheaper alternative elf has a few as well. Im a huge however of the primer potion from urban decay, since you only need a small amount (too much primer actually causes creases) the bottle will last you a while.

I cast another vote for E.L.F.'s $1 eye primer! It works wonderfully!

Garbage, toxic makeup. This is a perfect example of "You get what you pay For". Check out the ingredients and research what it can and will cause to go wrong in your body.

For the summer, or anytime you need a water proof look, I like to use Too Faced Prime Pot in Kitten. It gives a subtle hint of color if your regular eyeshadow fades and its awesome if you're going to get wet.

If you are looking for a great drugstore primer, try the ELF 1 dollar primer , It is seriously good stuff or nyx , if u can spend a few dollar try the Urban Decay Primer Potion or Too Faced Shadow Insurance !
