I agree that e.l.f. makes a good eye primer - and for only $1!

When I really got into makeup, I went to Ulta to buy Urban Decay Primer Potion. Then, I found out about ELF and bought their eye primer. I love it that it keeps my eyeshadow vibrant throughout the day.

I've always had good luck with Urban Decay's Primer Potion but I also use a concealer when I am in a hurry and on the go. Seems to work the same for me.

Urban Decay Primer Potion. I am very oily and this keeps my shadow in place.

I use Elf eyelid primer and I love it. It's super, super cheap. It is the only eyelid primer I've used and I have no intention of switching to a different one. It works exactly like I wanted it to.

I have used many and the best one I have found that stays all day is Mary Kay. I am not a big fan of Mary Kay items but this one item will last me all day.

I have pretty sensitive skin, so I'm very careful about the products i put on my skin. REally, your skin type, your age, and your environment will all have alot to do with which product will work for you. I am 48, have oily & sensitive skin, live in a hot climate, and my eyelid skin is a bit "crepey". I also have horrible undereye circles. The product that works best for me is Benefit's "Stay Don't Stray" shawdow and concealer primer. I put it all around my eyes (under and on the lids up to my brows). It provides a smooth base for shadow and for under eye concealer. It lasts all day and does not cause a reaction for my weird skin.
