I don't know about you, but I could spend hours in the cookbook section of my library or bookstore. These are four of my favorite baking cookbooks: http://www.shespeaks.com/Four-Great-Baking-Cookbooks What are your's?

I absolutely love the Joy of Cooking. It is a timeless classic that is basically the cooking bible. But my new favorite is the Pioneer Woman cookbook. I love cook books that you can see pictures of the food evolving in. It makes it so much more appetizing!

The Joy of Cooking and Betty Crocker Cookbook (with 50 years of handwritten notes). I just got The Complete America's Test Kitchen Cookbook, but I haven't completely looked through it yet to recommend it - I do enjoy the show though.

Cookbooks are one of my weaknesses. I love cookbooks. I have so many I have ran out of cabinet space for them. I can sit down for hours and look through cookbooks.

I like to buy cookbooks that are for fundraising purposes from my local community, I still have the one that was done when my youngest son was still in Elementary school and it has some really great recipes in it and it had an Astronomy theme to the recipes, so they have name of planets or start with "star" or "moon" in the title in it. I have some that are from the late 70's from my grandparent's yacht club ladies organization and those ladies sure did know how to cook. Ones from fishing clubs to other high schools, it is interesting to see what is listed since where I live has a lot of different people from all over the country since we have such a large military community

I love to read cookbooks. I am always trying new recipes in fact I rarely make the same thing twice. My problem with all my recipes is lack of organization, I have newspaper pages, computer printed pages, notes written on napkins or paper towels all stuffed in a notebook right now that is waiting desperately for organization. This also causes a problem if someone asks for a recipe and I have to sort through it all to find it. I have also become obsessed with internet recipe sites. I find myself spending hours on a Saturday morning just browsing recipes. Gooseberry Patch are some of my favorite cookbooks, as well as church cookbooks or Taste of Home. I enjoy making recipes that I have most of the ingredients for in my pantry or freezer.

I am a cookbook collector. The ones I love the best are Church and Amish cookbooks.

My favorite cookbook is the calling all cooks cookbook. It has been around for years. I use allrecipies.com. It is a website that has not let me down yet. I get most of my recipies from the site.

Taste of Home Cookbooks. I SWEAR by them, they are well organized and most include calorie and fat content. Along with if they are award winning, haven't made a recipe I didn't like from taste of home!!!!

Cookbooks are a MUST for me! I love to cook, as an owner of a small catering company & food blog - I love to review recipes and revising them too. As of lately, I have been collecting more food magazines than books but I have recently downloaded a few on my Kindle from Amazon.com --this def helps with keeping the book in good condition - cant say that for my food magazines!
