What's your favorite (healthy) way to satisfy your summer sweet tooth? I think I have to go with frozen grapes! http://www.shespeaks.com/Four-Refreshing-and-Healthy-Ways-to-Satisfy-Your-Sweet-Tooth

I usually eat fruit. I eat different kinds of fruits and make fruit salads for variety. I make my own popsicles.

Frozen berries is one of my favorites! You can put them in individual freezer baggies, so you stick to a set portion of them. It's easy to keep on going! Berries have a decent amount of fiber in them, so it's a good choice. You can also freeze or partially freeze yogurt. If it's in the individual containers, then you don't have to worry about having too big of a portion. Carbs can add up really quick. It's good to keep an eye on how much you're actually having.

I make homemade pop cycles with fresh fruit and berries! Preferable fruits and berries without hard seeds! I love strawberry banana pops! You just purée them I'm a blender together, and on the stove heat up a little sugar and water (you can adjust the sweetness or use sweet n low), mix it all together, poor it in your pop cycle mode and freeze! Super easy and awesome! I love using the dehydrator to make home made fruit role ups and dried fruit too! I think I will pick up some fruit and make some tomorrow! Kids love these treats as well!
