Trying to loose some belly fat.

Need some tips on loosing the belly fat, soon im going to celebrate 4yrs of marriage and want to wear a nice outfit but my belly fat doesnt make it look nice HELP i need ur advice.

A mixture of Zumba and Pilates worked for me! Can't recommend Pilates enough. Just make sure if it's a pregnancy pooch that you're aiming to get rid of that you don't have diastasis recti.

Core work is definitely a must when trying get rid of your midsection. I have found doing yoga, more specifically plank and boat pose, everyday for as long as you can hold will surely help especially when you pair this with at least 20 minutes of cardio everyday. Diet is huge too. Cut out all sugar, its amazing what that will do.

I've stopped buying certain snacks at the grocery store likes chips etc. because then when I go looking for them they aren't there. If you have problems with a bad back I would find a pool you can exercise in. I took a water exercise class in college and lost at least 5 lbs. probably 7. If you don't have access to a pool due to limited funds find anyone you know who lives in an apartment and ask if you can bring them a coffee or smoothie for access to their pool.

I am working on losing weight and losing the belly fat. I have lost 92 pounds in the past 18 months by eating healthy and lots of exercise. I have a knee that needs replaced so a lot of my workouts are in the pool. I do water Zumba , water aerobics, water jogging and stretching as well as swimming laps. I also drink mineral water as it helps to flush fat from the liver which is what causes belly fat. I have 60 more pounds to go but I will be there soon.
