Laser Hair Removal good solution?

Unfortunately I inherited my dad's hairy-ness. I have hair on my legs, arms, hands, toes, upper lip, even a little bit of sideburns. I hate it! :( I been thinking about getting laser hair removal and have a few questions. is it safe? will I get any scarring? anyone tried it before what where your results and do you recommend it? Thank you
