Hello...I've been looking for a new foundation that is liquid, but I don't know which one I should look into. I tried the powder mineral one, but I didn't like it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I use Paula's Choice created by Paula Begouin the author of, Do NOt Go to the Make Up Counter Without This Book. I find her products do what they say and are reasonable. You need to go to her website to purchase it but she has very good products at very good prices (although that is not what sways me when I purchase make up).

I use Vincent Longo. It is a little pricey but worth the money. It seemed to last forever and covered so well. I got mine at Sephora where they helped me pick the right shade or you can get it online as well.

Hello, I use the Maybelline Superstay Silky Foundation and really like it. Before this I was a total Cover girl fan. But, I got a sample of this and really liked how it looked on, very even and natural. Cover girl seemed uneven and blotchy? I also have light skin and you can usually tell I have make-up on but not really with this one. It's about $10 for a bottle but if you watch the papers or magazines you can find coupons for this item. Hope this helps a little.

Hi, i have had trouble finding the right foundation to fit my skin, cause its dry and oily at the same time, i finally found Covergirl Outlast with the lotion and foundation seperated in the same bottle and i absolutly love it! It also works as a great sunscreen as well.

I have tried so many different types of foundations and always go back to my clinique! I love love clinique and I always buy it when they give you a free gift with a $20 purchase. CLINIQUE I would suggest trying, it i a bit expensive; about $20 but it lasts me a long time!

I have had really good luck with Estee Lauder. Everything else I tried ended up looking streaky, or was not the right color and so you could tell I was wearing foundation. It is pricey, so I only buy it when they have a "Gift with Purchase" special going on. The salesperson at the makeup counter will take the time to find just the right formula and color for you. Plus, if you are unhappy with the product, you can return it and get your money back (just save the receipt). I have returned items to Estee Lauder months after buying them and had no issues. I would rather pay for a pricey foundation and get a great gift with purchase than try to find just the right formula and color at the drugstore cosmetic aisle. I wasted so much money that way.

I agree whole heartedly with Clinique. I've been using it over 20 years. They have all different types, to suit your skin type - I personally like a water based makeup, because I have an oily t-zone, but your skin will be different. Ask the expert at the Clinique counter, they have been trained and know what they are doing. Tell them what type of skin you have, i/e normal, dry oily, and let them help you from there It's well worth the money and it's true that if you wait till they have a gift with purchase, you can really make out well. AND, if you don't like something, keep your reciept, because they happily exchange or refund. Sometimes they even have or will make you a take home sample, if you ask them and are genuinely interested in thier products.

I use clinque super balanced makeup. I've been using it since the 7th grade and have never had a problem with it. I've tried other boutique brands that are much more expensive but I still prefer Clinique. Smooth and longlasting, it has never disappointed.

I LOVE Cover Girl Advance Radiance liquid foundation. My skin appears radiant and luminous. It seems to diminish the look of fine lines and at around $10 it can't be beat.

Hi, Which brand of mineral powder did you try? I've used Clinique and Estee Lauder for liquid foundation before, but they always caked up in hot places, and that led to breakouts for me. I tried Mary Kay's mineral foundation and other products for about 2 months, and decided that since I loved the formula so much and the products cleared my skin problems to become a consultant. Many of Mary Kay's products have undergone a complete makeover in the past 2-3 years resulting in less allergic reactions for many people. My mom used to break out with the old formulas from 10 years ago, now she is hooked on most items from Mary Kay. Respond back to me if you want more info.
