Art is everywhere and in all sorts of forms.  From sculpture to music, poetry to painting, inspiration is abound!  Art can be so powerful that it is even used in therapy and did you know that art can even make your sex life better?  No kidding, just try a little body painting!

So how does one inspire the heart with art?  Well it starts with exploration and discovery!  Try something as simple as drawing a picture or writing a poem.  Get out and visit an art museum or even an art store.  Check out some new art books or take some dance lessons.  Think about how it makes you feel and what is it saying to you.
