I avoid caffeine after lunch time, turn off the computer around 8:30ish, take melatonin around 9pm, take a warm bath around 10. I turn on a fan in my bedroom to drown out any noise, I also spray my room with lavender and try to get to bed at the same time every night. It does seem to help. If I…
