on Sep 23, 2011: Its all about writing it down, I have lost 100 pounds and it so easy to mindlessly snack but if your forced to write it down you stop snacking. The other best advice I have is move first thing in the morning before everyone else is awake. Take 20 minutes and raise your heart rate, get the blood …
