Artichokes in the Pressure Cooker

on Jan 14, 2021: Easy recipe and artichokes come out delicious every time! Instead of lemon juice inside the pot and to avoid discoloration to the artichokes, after trimming and washing the artichoke, cut lemon in half and rub on stems and exterior leaves. Makes a beautiful presentation.
