For me, I need total quiet. No tv, radio, or other electronic device to "distract" me. I then make myself a cup of tea and sit on the couch and just enjoy the moment. I like to watch the birds outside, so I make sure I am by the window. I feel so rejuvenated after my quiet time that I am ready…
