I try to hide veggies and fruits in my meals throughout the day. I was told that I should be getting 5-6 serviings a day and that 1/2 a cup is a serving. When you think about it as half a cup, it's not really that hard to do espcially if you add blueberries or strawberries to a cup of cereal in …
