Do you color or highlight your hair?

Spring is well underway and it seems like so many of us like to "brighten" our look after the long and dark winter! So, we were curious, just how many of us actually highlight our hair?

Whether you do it to cover grey, brighten up your own color or to completely change color, we were curious, do you color or highlight your hair? Why?

Yes- I usually do it myself with home hair color products (50.5%)

Yes- I usually go to a salon for a stylist to do (28.5%)

No- I do not color or highlight my hair (11.6%)

Not yet, but I'm thinking about it (9.3%)

    I do my own highlights with a lemon product on my hair.smells and looks good

    I go to a salon when I can afford too. I used to do my hair at home but had a few oopsies and gave up!

    I use to color my haor at home but found that the colore turned "brassy" very quickly. At the salon they have gotten the right formula together for me and I have not been able to have this success with store-purchased dye.

    I don't high light my hair but I do high light my dtrs hair, it is much more difficult to high light hairs with lots of red in them, it usually is a trial n error for final outcome so it is not orange. Thank goodness there are products out there where you can eliminate the red in the hair.
