I normally would not because i feel it is sooo rude, but if its a call from home or someone i have been expecting, then yes. There is always a text message you can check really fast if it is important.

I never answer unless it is from a person I am a caregiver for and it would be an emergency.
I only answer if it's important or we are waiting for someone to show up. If I am with people, I spend time with them, not others on the phone.
I do not, I think it is so rude. You should give your full attention to the person you are talking to. Unless in rare cases that you are expecting an emergency phone call. Too many people are just using them too much. How much can you really say that has to be constant.
I might look to see who it is, it can usually wait unless it's my husband or our kids school. Our phones are nice but I "own" it, it doesn't own me.
I don't unless its my child, or its someone calling back-to-back. Then I think it's important/ emergency.
I will answer a call if I need to. I have a friend who refuses to get call waiting because she thinks it's rude to put people on hold if someone calls whole she's on the other line.
I believe it is very rude to talk on your cell phone and text if you are with friends. If I am expecting an important call I will inform them that I am expecting a call up front.
I will answer if I am expecting a call or if I don't answer it the first few times then I know it's an emergency otherwise it's rude rude rude
