I belong to a site called wowbrary.com and they send book updates and I can reserve a book with my library immediately. It is great. That is one of many ways I select books

I love to look at the quick response magazines give to tell me a bit about the book. Also, the cover has to catch my eye 1st

My co-workers and I are constantly exchanging our recently found books! It keeps us interested and then we can discuss what we liked about those particular books.

I choose books by seeing reviews on blogs or seeing comments left by others online

My friends and family suggest books they read and found interesting and if I read a book that I think would be useful to someone I know, I will tell them they should pick up a copy.

I see something that looks interesting, read a few pages of it and then decide if I would like it. I have found some books through sites that offer books for your review and I just take a chance with it.

I would have liked an "all of the above" choice on the poll. As a former elementary school teacher, I have taught my students to use many ways to choose books.
