    For a while I stopped shopping at Macy's but, they seem to have stepped up their game.

    I used to shop at Macy's at the mall, but I don't go to the mall much anymore, and can usually find better prices online than at macys.com.

    I wish I could shop at Macys.com more often because we don't have a Macy's near to us. Unfortunately they're shipping cost are crazy compared to other online shopping sites. During the christmas season I wanted to make a purchase that was $80 but the shipping cost blew the deal for me. I wish they offered free shipping on any purchase once and a while OR free shipping on $50 or less like their competitors do. PLUS...hate their emails that advertise FREE SHIPPING on the subject line....but then you open them up and find out it's on $99 or less.....it's a little deceptive.

    i used to go to macy's when it was worth it, but then when i go there now, its a complete mess. I know its not the stores fault that clothes are all over the place and on the floors, however they should hire people to make the place more presentable. haven't gone there in a while as it gets worst and worst...

    I shop at Macy's when they have there clearance items. You can find some good deals if you are willing to spend the time looking through racks.

    Macy's is the first store I shop at when I'm in need of something. I just have to prepare myself to be there for awhile to find what I'm seeking.

    I shop at Macy's for special items, when they are on sale. the sale prices are great.

    The sales are great and I love most of their merchandise.
