    I also used to shop at Macy's all the time and still have their credit card but now, not. I agree with other comments that the store is a mess. They used stock similar products to Dillards that were more high end and different than the other stores. Now they have regular clothes that I can get cheaper elsewhere. The displays are a mess and the items all over the place. Haven't been there in months.

    I have a Macy credit card and I love the fact that they send you coupons. The main reason I go to macy is for the MAC counter, the coupon excludes any cosmetic so I only shop there once in awhile
