This shampoo smells good, works into a good lather, and makes my hair feel soft and manageable. The conditioner smells good as well, works great, and makes my hair soft and smooth. Herbal Essence is one of my favorite shampoos. I have quite thick, coarse hair, ad I don't like any products that leave my hair feeling greasy or flattened out. Herbal Essence does what it is supposed to do, and has a great scent too!
