We added the mild Italian sausages to our Minestrone soup. It was wonderful! It added a new dimension to an old favorite. My husband ate 3 bowls! Next time we will take it up a notch and use the Hot sausage.

What a great product! it was such an easy filler for quick and healthy meals. Our first attempt was with noodles, parmesan cheese and green peppers. Adding the saugage in made a yummy meal that was quick and easy to make!

We made baked ziti and spaghetti and loved both dishes. Loved the flavor of the mild, didnt buy the hot because of the kids and the cheese was not offered in our store. Overall great sausages, and will purchase again and again.

I made the One Pan Italian and it was a hit with the family. I have not used sausage in a recipe before this and have to tell you it gave it a great taste. I bought more Johnsonville Light Italian Sausage and I am planning to make again. I served with a salad and bread and it was an easy affordable meal.

The sausage is really good. There are tons of things I can do with it and it adds nice flavor to every dish.

We have always purchase the DiRusso Italian Sausage from Sam's that you can get at the fairs. I would have never tried Johnsonville if it wasn't for this program. My husband, college sons and mysefl are all converts. The taste and seasoning is perfect. They have no big chuncks of "whatever" in it that you sometimes find in the other brands. I made a regular marzetti recipe and then made another pasta recipe where you take the pasta out of the casing. Both were huge hits. Husband kept asking seriously what did you do different because this is better than normal. Only change was the sausage! Love it but wish it would go on sale more or have coupons.

My family really loved the mild italian sausage. We used it in our spaghetti sauce in place of hamburger as well as in a sausage and vodka sauce with penne. I hadn't cooked with italian sausage prior to this campaign for Johnsonville. Now my family is hooked on it!

I made the mild sausage with peppers, onions and sauce - we had sausage sandwiches - they were great!! My whole family loved them.

Really enjoyed their product, the flavor was flexible for many uses and was not overpowering for my recipes. Texture was pleasant, not chunky like some other sausages. I was unable to get a spicy or hot variety, but will keep looking at the store.

This is my favorite. I use this for all of our italian recipes. It's so easy and adds such a great flavor.

I made two types of sausage for dinner one night for our family and guests. I made the recipe using mild Italian sausage for Johnsonville Italian Meatballs, but used butter crackers instead of bread crumbs. The recipe turned out great and I had thumbs up from my family.
