While this product isn't for every dog, My toy fox terrrier doesn't mind it at all. She sits calmly on my lap while I give her a pedicure! I bought one for my black lab and actually ended up taking the plastic cover off and used it outside as to not get nail dust all over. It worked so much better. If you can get your pet used to it, it's not all that bad.
