i think this product is absoulutely lousy like i said before, it didnt work at all it scared the living day light out of my dogs and it kinda sucked for 20 dollars it looks like a dremel with cover on it

I bought this for my doberman...she HATED it. It wasn't too loud but I think for big dogs it just isn't strong enough. If they made a stonger one I would try it again...good concept, just not good for large breeds.

I work in a department store and have had a ton of these returned. The customers say they are too slow and the animals wont sit for that long.

This is definitely not for my dog. He hates how long it takes (the motor is fairly weak). I will have to dig out the dremel and try that.

My German Shepherds hate this product! Now what do I do with it????

I must have the most patient lab in the world because he sits there and lets me use this product to trim his nails for about an hour. It is a great idea and the sound definitely is not an issue, but when any pressure is applied to the nail, the wheel stalls. You might as well use an emory board and give your dog a nice brushing for the half hour you will save!

This product was a waste of money. The noise scared the daylights out of my animals, and it takes forever to file just one nail down.

No. No. Too noisy! My boston goes crazy when we try to cut her nails. This was a big no. As soon as it was turned on, she was freaked.

My chiweenie hates it. My bulldog on the other hand could care less. I'd say this more for a mellow calm dog than a hyper or nervous dog.

I got this for my Two Dogs and I hate it The chihuahua which we originaly got it for WOULDN'T even go near it! Clover our jack russel we have to give a whole spoon of Peanut butter just to keep her occupied LONG enough to get it done Heck i could have clipped her nails and only given her a Lick of peanut butter in shorter time!

I got one for my dog for Christmas and she doesn't like it either. It kind of reminds me of the sound at the dentist office.

Rotten product. It takes SO LONG to do just one nail on a large sized dog, and I have two!! We ended up getting some sanding disks for our Dremel, lowering the speed, and it did a great job. The dogs hear my husband using it all the time so they weren't scared of the sound. Our Shepherd ended up tearing this product apart. Not much good in the way of use or durability.

My mom got me this as a present because im always taking my dog to the most expensive groomer in town to get his nails clipped, because he's bit everyone else who tries. I did what the instructions said and let him get used to it over the course of a couple weeks, and while i could maybe get one or two nails done before he launched an attack at me, it just wasnt worth it. Id rather pay 25 bucks every 2-3 weeks to go to the groomer who doesnt traumatize him like this thing does. the dogs on the commercial mustve been tranquilized, because my dog doesnt even like the sound of it and he never bites except when your going after his nails...i dont recommend it to anyone unless their dog is like the ones on the commercial.

My friend actually bought one for her cats. I tried to use it on mine and he literally freaked out. After watching my friend use it on her cats, i realized using a clippers for his nails was not only faster, but also saved myself and my kitty the agony.

THIS IS SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. We got it for our 7 month old husky and he was afraid of it! He hated the noise, the feel, and I hated holding him down to even keep him still for two seconds! I would rather clip than do this EVER!!
