It always smells good however it leaves my hair dry. Im not a huge fan of this shampoo or condtioner.

I have been using this product for years! But I have to be careful not to get the hydration kind, my hair is super sensitive to any shampoos and conditioners with 'moisturizing' or 'hydrating' effects. Other than that I love the way it makes my hair shine, and smell fruity and fresh even on days when it has been neglected. The other thing that I LOVE is that my hair actually feels clean when I am done washing it.

I used to love this shampoo until it started making my hair feel greasy. I noticed that smooth went to greasy in a couple of uses and I wasn't really pleased. I'd be willing to try it again if they come out with a new version/type. I'd recommend this to people with dry scalp/hair.

You can't beat the way it makes your hair feel and smell, soft and smooth and pleasing to the nose.

Absolutely love herbal essence, I have been using it since middle school and will never switch. The scent is amazing and it doesn't leave your hair all day.
