When I first opened one of the pads, I thought it was a bit hard, but after putting it on and wearing it I realized it was very soft. They absorb well, have good odor protection, and I love the lightly scented fragrance. The pad is so thin you are not aware of it when wearing it. These are perfect for nighttime also as they are long enough to insure no leakage at the ends. I experienced no leakage with these. These are, by far, the best incontinent pads on the market! (Because I've used them all) The scent of the pads is a very nice addition because it makes me feel even more confident. The sides all around the pad are ruffled and raised, keeping urine from getting on your underwear. This was very important to me in a pad. Even though they are a thin pad, they hold more liquid than the thicker ones. I tried these expecting them to be just like all the other incontinent items but I'm so ecstatic about the result that I plan on buying nothing but Always! I love Always products and have used many of them for most of my life. The Always Discreet Ultimate Long Pads were fantastic to try! Like many Always products I absolutely LOVE the "fresh scent" and Always is the only company that has this fresh scent versus the baby powder scent that others use that I cannot handle because I don't want to smell like a baby. I gave some of these to my mom to try and now she prefers these. They were quite large for me but I have bought the regular size instead because of the quality. I received a free package of these and I was a little skeptical when the package first arrived. They looked quite big and I was positive they were going to be uncomfortable and be noticeable. I tried them anyway, and I was very impressed. They weren't uncomfortable at all, and the contoured shape of them fit nicely to my curvature. They absorbed very well and there was no leakage at all while wearing. My job involves a lot of movement and they endured with no bunching up. Also they prevented odor which was a very nice benefit as well.

When I received the package I used it for a week. I was skeptical at first because of others that I've tried. I was afraid of leaving home because I didn't feel protected. I even stopped going to visited my daughter and her family 3 hrs. away. Then I decided to try always discreet. I was very pleased with the Always Discreet Bladder leak pads.
