I just love using this deodorant. It keeps me smelling good and not stinking like I still was using another deodorant. I would def recommend using this if other deodorant hasn't worked for you.

I started using this after a friend recommended it, and now I won't use anything else! I was hesitant at first, because of the price, but it is worth it! I live in the South, and this is the only product that has actually kept me dry all day - even at the gym!

This deodorant is the only thing I will use now. It definitely works better than regular deodorant, however, I don't feel by that much. Its way too expensive to say its worth the price and works better than the regular kind, but I will continue to purchase it because of one specific reason: no buildup. I notice than even when I thoroughly wash my armpits in the shower, there is ALWAYS a residue of product that has built up on my skin that only goes away when I shave. The clinical deodorant is a very very thin texture that absorbs rather than feeling it sits on your skin. I love that my armpits always feel fresh and clean while using this.

its ok but costly

its on average 115 in the summer here, and this deodorant performs great. I use the sport version because i love the smell. all day fresh, wish it was cheaper but thats my only complaint

Great deodorant for heavy sweaters and smells great all day

This deodorant works like a charm. It is stays white and shows for a little while, but after it absorbs it does not leave clumps. It works throughout the whole day. Some days I will work, and then go play volleyball, and it continues to work. It does not have a strong odor like some deodorants. This is my top choice.

As someone who tends to sweat this has been a godsend to me. I use it over my deodorant and it is the only product that has ever kept me dry and odor free. It is amazing how well it works. If I miss a day of using it I can tell the difference immediately.

Secret Clinical Strength Deodorant Antiperspirant great product.

I love this stuff! I used to not sweat a lot but, while pregnant with my first child (& ever since), I have been more prone to sweating. My old antiperspirant just quit working while pregnant and after and I finally had to find something that worked. I decided to try the Secret Clinical Strength and wow, that was the driest and freshest I had felt in a long time. After three kids, I still use this and it still works great for me. I am willing to pay more (maybe find a coupon) for the confidence I get from this product.

This stuff never worked for me. I have hyperhidrosis, and the ONLY antiperspirant I've ever found to work is called Anhydrol Forte. Maybe my suggestion will help you other ladies with excessive sweating instead of buying this overpriced product :)

I suffer from hyper-hydrosis which mainly affecting my underarm area. When this first came out, I tried it and immediately saw results. It has only been this year that it has begun to feel not as effective. I am not certain if there has been an ingredient change or if it could be from coming off of some of my medications? Directions suggest applying it at night which I highly recommend as well. You should then be able to use regular antiperspirant in the morning, but I find that I had to use this both morning and night to be effective. This made it go a lot faster and it is incredibly expensive compared to some of the other antiperspirants that offer 19% or (1% less) of the same active ingredient that is suppose to decrease sweating. I still recommend it if you have to keep yourself presentable on a daily basis and it's the only thing that works for you. The only other issue is that it causes staining on clothing and even if you wash your clothes, the underarms become stiff and caked on with this stuff. You may have to buy new shirts often or find a really harsh detergent to remove this.

I switch to this during the summer months. I sweat like crazy during the heat. I live in Oklahoma so, it's hot a lot! I have had great luck with this product. I have yet to have break through sweat or odor when using Clinical.

Best deodorant for extreme sweaters. Does the trick and it works all day for me!!
