It was really expensive and useless considering my dog is petrified of it. We have tried to acclimate him to it - but no luck!

Im not a big fan of this product. I don't think that it does much of anything and it takes a long time to make something happen.

Noise scared my dogs

I think is to loud it make it seem intimidating

I bought this to try and use on my Chihuahua to save time and money going to get his nails trimmed. It's way too loud and it scared him plus it seemed that it would take too long to do. I wouldn't wastemy money on this.

Would not recommend this product. It really heats up the dogs nails to where they burn a humans skin to the touch. Also the grinder takes a long time to work down the nails.

IF you can get your dog calm enough to use this, it might work.Tried to use it on my young dog, poor guy acted like her was dying. Its too loud

It seemed like a great idea right lol My cat was terrified of the noise and it vibrates the paw from my German shepherds they hate it. I much rather cut their nails with the normal pet clips.

Thought it was a great idea. Have to work with pets to make them comfortable with product. Takes way to long to use only this product. Easier and faster to just use clippers.

Brilliant idea. Not made for durability though. Tried this twice now, one a medium dog it lasted one month. On our larger breed, lasted one time. The second time it smoked then jammed. Small pieces cracked and now we have went more high tech. Hardware store has better, safer sanders for pets piggies.

It works ok. it takes alot longer to get the job done then to just clip my dogs nails. My dog really hates it.

This is great for a small dog. It takes time to get results, but he prefers this method. Sometimes he even falls asleep while I am holding him & using the PediPaw. My larger dogs nails are not easy to use the PediPaw on.

I have this product and have used it on pug. It seemed to take too long to get her nails down to where I wanted them so I don't use it for that. What I do is use regular clippers to cut the nails and then I use this to round them off so they don't catch on anything. It seems to work very well for that.

This works for very small dogs. It is better than regular dog nail clippers I have to say. I have three dogs and the one that is larger it is harder to use on him because you have to put more pressure. If you put too much pressure the file doesnt move. It also takes awhile to file down the nails if they are long. The plus is that it saves you lots of money in the long run than taking them to get their nails trimmed at the groomer. However, it takes more time for you as the owner. It can also be hard to hold the dog while filing their nails. It is an acceptable product and does get the job done.

My cat's claws are prone to breaking and so we bought this...she needs to have someone hold her and another person clip- normally, so we did the same thing with the pedi paw. She reacted the same (not thrilled and wanted to get away) with both types. I still use the pedi paw because it doesn't break her claws. It takes a little longer too because instead of a fast clip- it's a file and just takes awhile to file it down. I use it so her claws don't break.
