we were a little worried about the sausage being mild, but it had a little spice to it, we expected it to be bland but it had a very nice flavor

So yummy with onions & peppers on a grilled bun!! Add mustard and you just might think you are at a ball game!

it taste good and it good and its healthy.

We used this product in our sausage & peppers recipe, in pasta sauce and also in sausage gravy with biscuits at breakfast. Overall we did like the product in all of the recipes. Only drawback is that the store made brand seemed fresher, and has less preservatives.

The only thing I didn't like was the large caraway seeds

is ooooo so good

Loved it on our pizza. Wish there was a Medium flavor sausage. This one isn't spicy at all, but Hot is too Hot for some family members. Will buy again and again.

We loved the flavor and will definitely continue to use in the future.

We made stuffed peppers using Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage mixed with bulgur. They turned out delicious! Much tastier than the ground beef stuffed peppers I normally make! My only improvement or suggestion to the folks at Johnsonville is to please create a lighter or turkey version of Italian Sausage! That way those of us who watch our fat intake can enjoy more often!

I fixed spegg. and meatballs. everyone loved it.

we like this sausage alot.. we did try to make the sausage stuffed mushrooms in the recipe booklet that came with my kit. We didnt like the recipe. However the sausage grilled is delicious.. my kids loved it too!

Made a few receipes using these sausages and we loved them. I will buy these again for sure. A little hard to find but worth looking for.

Love this stuff. I squeeze it out of the casing to cook up in my spaghetti. Tastes soooo good. Has a mild italian flavor.

Great for grilling, but most of you knew that. These sausages are good with everything I have tried so far, (pasta, salad, bun, sugar cookie, (yes, I said sugar cookie) and by themselves & even with the skin)!

I thought the mild was still a little hot/spicy, but my husband liked it. Our favorite was to chop it up & put it in our hash browns for breakfast. I also used it in a stir fry and we liked that too!
