I gave tried many Ore Ida brands of frozen foods and have loved them, but I must admit, this one was not one of my favorites. If you love the HOMEMADE mash potatoes taste, this would not be one of them, but if you are looking to make a quick and easy dinner, this would be wonderful for that.

far better than boxed potatoes but still not exactly like homemade.

I think they are yummy an great for a fast side with dinner !!

Talking about yummie and simple love them..

``simple to prepare without having to peel and boil the potatoes myself. Add some seasonings, sour cream ,chives, etc and these are slamming. Only thing is they are kind of bland right off the bat.

These potatoes taste very good and they are great for quick dinners.

I prefer to make mash potatoes from scratch but these are great when you don't have time. They are pretty tasty.

During the week i typically use instant boxed potatos. These are a much better product. They take a bit more time, but are just as easy to prepare. Not quite as good as the real fresh potatoes, but are a very good substitute when you are short on time.

If you are in a rush and do not have time to make mashed potatoes from scratch this is a better alternative then instant boxed. I added salted butter.

This is an on the go go-to. Even though its pre-prated the potatoes still taste as if they were hand cut and boiled.

Easy to use. Sometimes can seem a little grainy or have potatoes that stay harder then others. But overall not a bad taste.

These are not bad at all. my husband loves real mashed potatoes and when I am busy these are the next best thing. My husband couldn't taste the difference so I'll buy them again for sure.

No more peeling potatoes for me! Taste like freshly made mashed potatoes. Milk, butter, and salt is all it takes to make them taste like YOU did all the work. Keep them in the freezer and pull out whenever you want comfort food.

Better than instant, but not as good as made from scratch. Good to have on hand if you don't have a lot of time. I think we added a little extra butter spread and maybe some milk because they seemed dry when prepared as directed.

I thought the taste was decent. I keep a bag in the freezer for a quick meal. I would never pay full price, but they are convenient.
