This is the best eyeshadow primer ever! It goes on smooth and blends wonderfully. It's only $3 and it makes my eyeshadow last all day.!

I purchased this product at Target, which now carries the e.l.f. line. It was $1 in stores. The purpose of this product is to act as a base for eyeshadows and increase the time of wearability and decrease the, well, creasing. This product also makes shadows more vibrant and true to form. I have previously tried Urban Decay Primer Potion and the Too Faced Shadow Insurance. They are far too expensive to repurchase on my college budget. I was excited when I came across this product! I purchased it right away and ran over to my local Ulta and swatched them against the previously mentioned products. The effect is the same as UDPP and TFSS. And at a fraction of the cost. I would highly suggest it for those on a budget and those who are looking for a good primer for their eyeshadows.

I purchased this at Target and it was only 99cents. I think this primer is just as good as the urbane decay primer potion. Just a better price.

I use e.l.f.'s eyelid primer every day. I love it, it works perfectly and is perfectly priced. I thought about buying a more high end primer before I picked this up but then saw this and couldn't be happier.

I freaking love this primer!! It's really easy to blend, its super smooth & for that price you can't go wrong. It's only one dollar but works as well as some of the higher end products. Some people complain about it creasing but I've found that it's because you're putting on too much of the product. Hope this helps :)

I am very oily within hours of washing my face. I bought this at Target for $1 after reading the reviews. It works! My eye shadow stays in place all day & doesn't disappear. I do make sure to let it dry for a minute or so after applying the primer, then apply the shadow. I love it!
